Public transport
From station U2 Schottentor/University, take tram 37, 38, 40, 41 for two stops or a 10-minute walk to Spitalgasse/Währingerstraße,
From station U6 Währingerstraße/Volksoper one stop with tram 40, 41 in the direction of Schottentor or a 5-minute walk to Währingerstraße/Spitalgasse or
from station U4 Friedensbrücke, S+U station Praterstern or Westbahnhof take streetcar line 5 to Währingerstraße/Spitalgasse.
Our theater is located across Arne-Carlsson-Park, between Kim Kocht restaurant and Café Milano, in the inner courtyard of Währingerstraße 46.
Parking Options
There is no parking lot at the theater. On weekdays, parking on the surrounding streets is subject to charges. Further information HERE.
Accessibility
Barrier-free access to the foyer and the auditorium is possible via a mobile wheelchair ramp. In the hall, the additional seats A-D can be booked as wheelchair spaces. Unfortunately, there is no disabled toilet available. Our team will be happy to assist you during your visit, please contact us by phone or e-mail.

Tickets can be reserved through this website via Calender.
The Schubert Theater has 12 rows of six seats each. The auditorium is ascending, from row 9 the seats are additionally raised. Additional seats numbered “0” are available at the side, which can also be booked as wheelchair spaces. A mobile wheelchair ramp is available for the three steps into the foyer and the auditorium, which unfortunately cannot be removed due to structural reasons. Our staff are happy to help at any time.

reduced price: 18 Euro
for pupils & students up to the age of 27 upon presentation of a valid student ID, for holders of a disabled ID, for members of IG Freie Theaterarbeit, Ö1 Intro Club members and as a group price per ticket for 15 or more people
reduced price: 23 Euro
for Ö1 Club members, A1 employees and Vorteilsclub Wien members, colleague price according to contingent
